MANGROVE CRAB

FRIED RABBIT FISH
Rabbit fish is originally from Ngatpang and we are famous for it, it’s a seasonal fish and it’s best prepared fried,BBQ or fish soup with a local “titimel leaves”.
MANGROVE CLAM
Small bite size clams that are harvest inside mangroves, that also best cooked with coconut milk and ginger and green onions and also can eaten as sashimi with lemon and soy sauce.
STEAMED & GRINED TAPIOCA
Tapioca or as known in other parts of the world as Cassava, is one of Palau’s local delicacy, that is usually being boiled in water then leave to dry and eat or it can be grinded and served with coconut cream. Best supplement for rice, best eaten with any kind of fish, esp. rabbit fish.
